Orpington u3a have a number of Interest Groups listed together under the heading of "Science & Technology". Click on a group that interests you to find out more details.
Android Users - We help those struggling with their Android phone or Tablet, whether having just taken it out of the box, wanting to know about the apps available or the use of the camera etc.
Apple Users - A basic understanding to get you started and any other questions answered about new apps etc. It is all very informal, an open forum and people come if they have questions.
Home Computing - We have 2 groups, one run by Orpington and the other is a BOB group, run by Bromley but open to members of Bromley, Orpington and Beckenham. The groups meet to discuss members computer issues and discuss new software and hardware.
Science & Technology - Usually a presentation by a member or invited speaker on a science or technology based topic, plus items currently in the news. This encourages questions, comments and discussion.
