Computer Group (Bromley)
The objective is to promote awareness
of the use of computers in the home environment, discuss general and
specific hardware and software, plus developments in Windows and
Information Technology. We keep it at a typical home
user level- you do not need to be a computer expert We meet twice a
month and the second Monday is an “Open Forum”, where members can bring
their problems, interests and questions and discuss computers generally.
On the forth Monday a formal topic is presented
by the Group Leader, or another member, and the session is usually
supported by a set of emailed notes on the topic. We have a digital
pProjector and screen and a dedicated laptop but you can bring your own
if you wish. We cover Windows/Linux and Android but
not generally Apple products.
Meets: At Oakley House, Bromley Common on the 2nd and 4th Mondays 10:00 to 12:00. There is plenty of parking on site.
Costs: None
We have vacancies.
