Golf (Ladies)
We play all year. A knowledge of the game is required, but all levels of experience are welcome.
Meets: Wednesday, 9.30 a.m. at Magpie Hall Lane Golf Course
Costs: Around £10 for 9 holes.
6 members in group. We have vacancies.
Golf (Mens)
We are a very friendly group of varying abilities and advice and help would be available to any new member. However, we would recommend a complete novice to get some professional coaching before coming along to one of our gatherings.
Meets: Monday, 9 a.m. at Cray Valley Golf Club - 9 hole
course. Wednesday nine holes at
Orpington Golf Centre (Ruxley course) with the first tee off at approximately 09:30. This group continues to expand in terms of numbers since the Ruxley course has come to be regarded as an enjoyable challenge. Thursday, 9 a.m. at Bromley Golf Course (Magpie Hall Lane) - 9 hole
course. Monthly at a rotation of courses
for 18 hole Stableford competition usually on 1st Monday.
Costs: Green fees or membership for golf plus refreshments at player's discretion.
Approximately 40 in group, but not all play at the same time. We have vacancies.
